Meet the minds behind Sparensky
Zach, a co-founder of Sparensky, has been involved in the automotive industry for over 20 years, beginning shortly after graduating from Towson University. He is also an owner of Call Control, a proud partner of Sparensky, delivering Elite Call Center Services for the Automotive Industry. Zach and his wife additionally own Shift Yoga, a local yoga studio promoting health and wellness.
Zach enjoys hiking with his family, playing poker, and the occasional round of golf. He lives in New Market with his wife, daughter, and dog named Ace.
George, a co-founder of Sparensky, has been in the automotive industry since 2007. With a Computer Science degree from Loyola University and a passion for innovation, George helped build one of the nation's leading automotive managed service providers before shifting his focus to BDC and contact center services with Call Control. As a consultant, George is deeply committed to helping dealerships maximize their profitability and customer satisfaction through properly aligned incentives and innovative solutions.
When he isn't working, George loves to travel and spend time with his family.
Blu, a co-founder of Sparensky, is considered one of the finest trainers in the automotive industry with over 15 years of BDC training and dealership set ups under his belt. His training is heavily focused on telephone etiquette, Automotive 101, proper scheduling techniques, inbound and outbound scripting, and scheduling software proficiency. Blu graduated from Salisbury University with a B.A. in Interpersonal Communications, and he is also a proud owner of Call Control.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching, and playing competitive softball.
